HVRS Partners with Mobile Hope
to support Teens and Families

This holiday season, Hamilton Volunteer Rescue will be collecting your donation of various items supporting Mobile Hope.

Based in Leesburg, this charity helps children, teens and families who are in need of shelter, food and services. Especially with teenagers who are homeless or precariously housed.

As you can expect, the COVID pandemic has most likely will create a significantly larger turn out this year during Christmas and the Holidays.
Mobile Hope is collecting new, unwrapped toys, and gift cards from retailers including fast food, Uber, Target, Walmart, Starbucks and more. Please purchase in increments of $5 up to $25.

All donations need to arrive at the Hamilton Rescue Squad station no later than December 6th, for delivery on December 7th.

In addition. we are asking for your help in collecting year-round items that
are needed.

Food Items such as:
Canned Tuna
Canned Chicken, (proteins of all kinds)
Canned Fruit
Canned Vegetables
Breakfast Cereal
Granola Bars
Hearty Soups
Peanut Butter Crackers
Ramen Noodles
Mini Cereals
Shelf-stable Milk
Baby formula

Also, new or gently used clothing of all sizes, sex and season including infants.

Female hygiene items are needed.

We will also be putting together hygiene packs for teenagers. These would be travel size items. If you wish to participate, please bag the following types of items in a zip lock bag.

Female: Body wash, disposable razor, shaving cream, hairbrush, toothbrush, toothpaste, tampons, sanitary pads, shampoo/conditioner,
deodorant, bath sponge.

Male: Body wash, deodorant, body sponge, razor, shaving cream, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush.
